Galaxy S23Hello everyone,
Approximately a month ago, I began encountering a persistent issue with my S21 5G. The problem arises when someone calls, causing my phone to go silent. Despite attempting various solutions, excluding a factory reset, the issue persists. Seeking a resolution, I opted to purchase the S23 Ultra. However, after transferring all my data from the S21 to the new S23 Ultra, I find myself grappling with the same problem.
I've taken several troubleshooting steps, including deleting recently downloaded apps, changing the ringtone, activating safe mode, clearing all cache from storage, and checking Do Not Disturb like hundred times. Unfortunately, none of these efforts have proven successful. Given that this is a brand-new phone, I suspect the issue may be rooted in the software.
I find myself at a loss for solutions, and the frustration is compounded by the fact that this problem is impacting my business. I've exhausted all known options and am reaching out for assistance. If anyone out there can provide guidance, I would greatly appreciate it. This problem is affecting my business, and I cannot afford further losses. PLEASE, if you have any insights, HELP!

Galaxy S23@@Anonymous just an update. I did the Setting Reset and then had to do factory Reset, this time I did not transfer data from the old phone. I followed the instructions as you do on a brand new phone and restored data from Samsung backup and guess what - the f****ng problem still there. This is so frustrating, I am on the edge to go to the dark side and embrace Apple 😪 honestly this is beyond frustrating, this is costing me My business, money. How is this even possible? I did everything I possibly could to fix it on my old phone (S21) and now bought a brand new S23 Ultra and this .... I rather not type. However, I really appreciate all you guys time, idk what else I can do

Galaxy S23Seems like it was a Routine under "Modes and Routines" that was causing it. Let's see, fingers crossed. 🙂
