S23 Ultra motion photo not working after One UI 6.0 update

My wife's phone. Never had any issue with the motion photo feature before the update a couple days ago. I tried resetting all camera settings and options as well as clearing the camera data and cache. She said it works sporadically but most of the time not at all. Frustrating issue for her because we have a baby and she uses the feature to get the "right" picture. Hopefully someone has some insight or ideas. Thanks.

Same issue here. The photos where motion photo does apply.. it's a split second as opposed to up 3 seconds before

I'm having the same problem. There are no motion photos at all since the new update. Despite restarting etc. It stinks.

Is anyone listening to the motion picture problem and trying to resolve it??? Getting ready to ditch Samsung and go to iPhone!!!

Same issue and getting frusterated as i take photos of 5 kids and usually have to make adjustments lol

Hai samsung  i'm having a same problem.  motion picture is  not working. Try to turn on and off again but no record after taking picture..  Please help ASAP.

Go to Camera app, click on settings, click on advanced intelligence options, then click on minimum. This will help you capture the photograph with motion

This last update is terrible and messed everything up in the camera. It reset everything and was raking the poorest pictures and I didn't notice until after I had taken all of our Christmas photos and they were all grainy. Why did they remove all the essential features?! I use the motion video all the time because of bouncy little toddlers!
