Yeah I believe so since that's not a US model. I believe the SM-918B/DS is a international model and most likely will have to wait until the full release which isnt far away.
The SM-S918B/DS is intended for use in countries outside of the US, Canada, China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Korea, and Japan
