I delete by using the three bars on the bottom of my phone, but then when I try to go online again, it says the same thing. Is there something I am missing?

Galaxy S23@integrity60 You are closing apps. The message is about tabs in your browser. If you use Samsung Internet, open Samsung Internet, click the square with a number in it near the bottom right. It will open and show you all the tabs open. You can close each tab by clicking the x on the right side of the little window representing the tab.
Or you can click the 3 dot menu in upper right and select Close all tabs.
