I cannot believe that Samsung has gotten rid of RCS

And wants us to go to the Google Messenger again.
Who else is worried about unencrypted text messages.
It's not that I sent anything naughty, it's about stuff we talked about which is personal, and now that stuff is not even security anymore.
Shame on Samsung.

Google Messages is encrypted whereas I am not sure regular samsung messages ever supported it? It was using a much older RCS profile even.

Your "CARRIER" dropped it, not Samsung.

Google and Carriers are forcing this!

No Samsung has said they are discontinuing and phasing out their Samsung messages why do you think newer Samsung devices have Google messaging as the default messaging app they are not forcing anyone to do anything at Google or the carriers the carriers are technically being forced to reminder customers of this switch

You can still use it, you can still download it from the Galaxy Store.
It will have no features!
