Galaxy S23
In the Samsung Galaxy store app the my apps section is now completely empty for me. This is the section that's to the left of the option that allows you to manually check for updates. You get there by opening the Samsung Galaxy store app, then you go to the bottom right where it says menu, and at the top it shows a bunch of options, such as my apps updates downloading and wishlist. Inside of the my app section, it doesn't show any of the Samsung apps anymore. The different Samsung apps still exist on my phone, they just no longer appear in the my apps section of the Samsung Galaxy store app like they used to. This is really unusual for it to suddenly do this.š«¤
The my apps section is even missing its sort button in the top right hand corner.
I am sure that I'm looking at the section that is supposed to display my apps that are currently installed, specifically the ones that are handled by the Samsung Galaxy store app, such as some built-in Samsung apps for example. I'm able to change it to view the recommended section, but that just shows a bunch of apps that it wants me to install that are not on my phone. So the recommended section is not the correct section at all. But the recommended section does contain the sorting button in the top right hand corner, which is very unusual because why would I need to sort recommended apps that are not even installed on my phone?
I am sure that I'm in the correct section because I have been using the phone the same way for a long time.
As far as I know there have not been any recent Samsung Galaxy store app updates, and sudden and mysterious error does not seem to coincide with any app updates.
I'm not willing to uninstall the Samsung Galaxy store app because I'm not sure that I will be able to find the app to be able to reinstall it, I just might get permanently stuck without a Samsung Galaxy store app so please do not ask me to do that.
