I recently purchased the Samsung Galaxy S23, and I've encountered a rather frustrating issue. Despite setting my ringtone volume to high for incoming calls, I keep noticing that the ringtone is automatically muted, and I miss all my calls. This happens even though I’ve made sure the Do Not Disturb mode is completely turned off.
Here’s what I’ve already tried:
Checked the volume settings: The ringtone volume is set to high, but it seems to mute itself randomly.
Disabled Do Not Disturb: I have confirmed that Do Not Disturb is disabled, yet the issue persists.
Checked for software updates: My device is up to date, and I don’t see any pending updates.
Rebooted the phone: Multiple restarts haven't fixed the issue.
I’ve also looked online for solutions, but nothing seems to work. Has anyone else experienced this issue, or does anyone have suggestions on how I can resolve it? I’m really missing important calls, and it's becoming quite frustrating.
