But -it looks like you have done a good bit of that. I'm sorry to hear about the trouble. Can you advise when this first started occurring?
Also, if you put the phone into safe mode does the application work?

Galaxy S23If it doesn't work in safe mode, and you've done the hard reset already, I would recommend reaching out to your carrier - you may need to try a new sim card.

Galaxy S23So this is still a problem many months later and Samsung knows it. when are they going to fix this? I have tried everything that has been posted on every forum I can find and it is still a problem, including a full wipe and reinstall and restoration 2x. Between all the bloatware constantly being forced on us that can't be removed and the terrible support from Samsung on everything I have ever purchased or used (Blueray Players, TV and phones) from them I am never buying another Samsung anything ever again. Next phone will be a Pixel.
