Samsung messages notification sound

I have the S23 FE. 

I am trying to set my notifications for this app to something different so that i know which app it is coming from. I'm seeing all these guides to tell me to to the app settings itself and select notification category but that is not an option for me. What else can I do? I know i can set a sound for a certain individual but thats not what I want.

Yes, you can set an individual tone for every single one of your app notifications. I know that if I'm able to with my galaxys20, then you definitely should be able to with a s23 :four_leaf_clover:GOOD LUCK:four_leaf_clover:

Could you tell me how to set different tones for each notifications? I have been wondering if I can do that.

1. Settings> Notifications> Advanced settings.
2. Select the app.
3. Sound and choose your desired notification sound.
