Samsung music app notification dot won't go away after updating the app

I have an S23 ultra and about 2 days ago the samsung music app had an update,I updated it but the dot that shows up when there's a notification does not go away even tho the latest update is installed. I tried restarting the phone and nothing changed

I just erased the dots i had. It seems i had multiple dots around. maybe that's the case? . Follow the dots. Lol, it should clear away everytime you open something with a dot. Just like clicking open something to read. That's how it works.. if it's just that one message, and it's not clearing away. Then I'm sorry 😞 idk. Hope you have a stress free day.

I had the same problem it will go away after a few days. I know it's annoying but this is the same company that can't get the new One UI out on time so this what we deal with...

I've had the same dot for over a week. It's still there even after clicking every one.

I have one more try. Try opening galaxy store. Then, at the bottom right , open the three verticle bars ( menu). Then up in the top right open the gear :gear: ( settings). Now under General open Notifications. Where it says Notification types: the badge will be outline and under it it will read allow. Tap it then should read not allowed. See if that clears it away. Ofcourse I know these facts the dot will be off and this is for galaxy store other than that I hope it can guide you to apps.

I just tried that it didn't erase it automatically. Sorry, I was praying, it work. I guess it's stuck
