Samsung s23 Bluetooth shows connected to headphones but sound still comes from the phone speakers

My daughter has a s13 and it shows the Bluetooth is connected but you can hear from headphones it still comes from the phone speaker. We have disconnected and reconnected and turned the phone off and on. Tried different headphones still doesn't work...

Anyone know how to fix?

Swipe down once and go to "media output." Make sure the audio is coming from the device you want it to come from.

Did you mean S23? There is no such model as a Galaxy S13.
