Which phone do you have yes our are both paid as well I'm gonna have to get a hold of cricket bc that's mine n my husband's carrier that way I can see if it's that or something with the software
That's not the problem. My other phone works fine when I put the sim in it from my S24. If I check outages in my area, it says there are no outages on the At&T site
