Galaxy S23Smart Lock is now called Extend Unlock. Find it under settings/lock screen & AOD/Extend Unlock. Click it and you can once again choose trusted devices, trusted places and on body detection.

Galaxy S23I don't know why they had to change the name of it in the first place. The fact that they renamed it is the reason any settings you had in there may have been removed.
