Software update changes settings

This isn't the first time but it's the last time I tolerate it. I haven't done a deep dive yet but the most obvious change is the phones background image has changed. 

Why do they keep doing this? Anyone else seeing issues? Support was of zero help.

The wallpaper was changed. Still looking to see if anything else was changed.

I've never had a wallpaper change when an update came down.  Which update did you just get?  It's annoying, but it's also not very hard to change your wallpaper back.

It wiped out the Theme and removed widgets. That's all I've found so far.

Yes, it's an easy fix but annoying and shouldn't happen, but I'm a picky software engineer.

Years ago every time my phone got a update it would reset my settings to default but that hasn't happened in a very long time i hope this isn't going to start happening again!
