Stupid camera at 20x zoom shifts out of focus when zoomed straight on object

When I'm using my camera I zoom into 20x as soon as I hit 15x to 20x times zoom, The entire object shifts off screen then I zoom out and the object is in the center then I zoom in then the object is off screen I have to move the camera all the way backwards to find it It's not even in the preview on the corners or edges It's completely off screen The lenses that are activating are out of sync there needs to be an update because my camera zoom does not work This has been since the beginning when I bought the phone brand new

I'm using a tripod holding my phone still zooming in on the letter k and when I zoom over 15x The entire camera shifts down to the right and the k is not in focus or showing on the screen I have to move the tripod to find the k. It is glitching because of some software update

Basically when you zoom in on the object in focus, The entire camera shifts as you zoom in as if the cameras are not in alignment at all
