Taken away live translate s23 !!??

Why have you taken away our live translate?

I'm facing an issue with my Samsung Galaxy S23 where I can only live translate captions from ENGLISH Instagram videos. 

Some videos on Instagram speak different languages and I use to be able to translate them live w,/ captions 

On Pixel Pro devices, this functionality allows for translating captions from videos in other languages back to English in real-time.

S23 use to have this function but for some reason after new update this is no longer.
