The latest update for the galaxy s23 ultra will not complete its download to complete install is this an ongoing issue

yep, same here. I'll  get error code 407 and 412.

• Mine started the update and was extremely slow. After 25 mins it was only 5%. Using wifi, great connection. I let it go checked it about 20 minutes later and it was 9%. Then, it stopped. In the settings under update, it states update unsuccessful, failed error code 407. This is the first time I have ever had an issue with an update.
