Trying to take a picture without the camera changing the photo

anyone know how to make the camera stop fixing everything so the **bleep** thing takes the picture i'm looking at?! everything is turned off, i just want to get a picture of what i'm looking at not be ansel **bleep**g adams. i swear samsung camera was the only thing that made the phone worthwhile and it's been nothing but downhill since the s4

Yes. You may need to turn down/off the scene optimizer.
If it's already off, then I don't know my friend.

You can turn off the scene optimizer and auto FPS or you can shoot in pro mode where you can make your own adjusments.
