Knox Matrix is draining the battery and overheating the phone. Impossible to work that way. I hope that Samsung publish an update soon to fix this. I'm concerned that the battery can start expanding or leaking because it is to hot and i need to keep the phone charging to go thru my work shift. Really bad situation...

bought my s24 a few months ago, but now the battery seems to drain very quickly. planning to visit the service centre as the phone is under warranty. I did talk to a known guy, he said that the service centre guys might reject my warranty claim citing water damage. though I've never let my phone near water. anyone faced the same issue and got it fixed? comment below please.

Battery life is extremely important. First question: Did you purchase the device brand new in the box or from a third-party company (eBay, etc.)? It's possible that the battery was already degraded when you purchased it. I'm not sure how exactly you have a warranty on an S24 unless it was part of your purchase. Just take your device to the service center that the company you purchased it from recommended. Otherwise, you can take your phone to UBreakufix to get a battery replacement. But it's not going to be covered by the factory warranty

This update makes my phone drain it's battery every minute every minute, before it used to last 1 or 2 days active use, now it doesn't even last an hour, the ui all of it sucks, Samsung really needs to re think there terrible design, they need to fire all people that created this horrid trashy ui

Also make sure that Always have somebody on deck LOL there's always somebody in a group with everybody that knows how to do everything on computers and phones the minute mine was paid for and unlocked I had him go through it and erase everything not necessary and it was literally like 15 or more gigs of data or storage that Made a  of the difference But yeah the phone company set phones up like that I just found out with this new phone I got I can't do the flagships anymore I got them all the way up to the 20 I think was the last one that I got and that was after it dropped and was out of a minute Because unless it's something really crazy like the one random tablet that my mom got me for Christmas 10 years ago or longer that is the 2013 edition Samsung tablet it's it's phenomenal I'm running out of characters

But that is the only device that I really wanted to update because he can update any phone or device to the latest operating system and the UI all depending on if the phone is really super old or has terrible display or refresh rate I don't know he explained it to me he said that there's some phones from way back in a day that you can't Update and run it like it's a brand new phone with brand new stuff but you can take it as far as they can go like he got one of my devices that was Stockholm like Android 10 all the way app to I believe it was 12 or 13 I think it was 12 and that's a big difference because like my 2 thous and 13 Galaxy tablet I had to send that back because I got the meanest warranty you can get on that when I got it or my mother got it for me that thing was in 2013 like 8 or $900 And what's crazy I have I don't know the exact model it's like 200 bucks or almost 200 bucks it's a really nice Galaxy Tab A or be I don't know there's a bunch of different ones but supposedly that's like the mid or lower mid entry level but at this day and technology rate it should have destroyed that 2013 tablet and the benchmark test and all the other stuff we did and The 2013 tablet actually has better graphics than a couple of my devices and one of them is from
