Galaxy S23
So I updated, and since then I have noticed that directly after a reboot, or after going into aeroplane mode and coming out, my base unlocked USA S23 goes at the normal data speeds for 5g and LTE networks but gradually slows down to a trickle that can barely load the https://google.com home page in 5 minutes.
These are the same towers as always, and my wife's S22 that is not yet on 6.1 does not behave this way, so it isn't a network issue.
I have tried clearing the cache partition, and re-optimising apps, but this hasn't helped.

I don't know why I didn't think of that. Were you having the same issue?
