Verizon Failed January Update

Trying to update my S23 Ultra with the most recent update but it keeps failing. I have a locked Verizon phone. Everytime I try to update, it's super slow and eventually fails giving my "Error Code: 407". I tried clearing cache, clearing data, restarting my phone, using Smart Switch, switching between wifi and data, switching between different wifi networks. I have enough space on my phone (300gb free). If I knew what the error code meant, I could diagnose further. Google hasn't been helpful. Samsung support hasn't been helpful. They are telling me to manually flash my device but I wanna leave that as a last resort. Any suggestions?

Come on Samsung and Verizon. Let us know why we can't download 15. I have tried numerous times over the last couple of days and still can't get it to work

Any idea when Verizon will have it resolved?  In talking with Verizon Tech Dept, they have no clue about what is happening!  I have told them and they said why would Samsung say such a thing?  Very rude!  Thank you for your info

How do you use smart switch to run an update? The page you linked has a topic for a failed update which just takes the user to your support front page

Getting the same problem, my dad and I. Nobody on Samsung's side is going to be helpful (other than 'did you clear your cache and reset your phone?' Like we haven't had cell phones for 20 years...) until they get bombarded with millions then put out a fix. We just have to wait.

 ya actualizo mi s24 ultra despues de 10 intento pero solo fue el parche aun falta el one ul 7 y Android 15 y me dice que no hay mas actualizacion , a alquien le ha llegado ?

I have an S 23 Ultra and I have same problem. I'm getting error code:412. It's driving me nuts.

This update took five and a half hours to download, using Verizon FIOS.

My Galaxy A15 5G is encountering a error 407 and 500 and the update has failed 5 times almost and I have a reliable Internet connection so idk what the big deal is but I prefer security and safety over obsolescence.

Those of you who have had success downloading, are you on a carrier other than Verizon? I'm on Verizon and have had no success downloading the update. Many failures. Verizon blames Samsung and vice versa. Very frustrating 😡
