Galaxy S23If these third-party apps are social media platforms, like Facebook, they sometimes mute the audio by default. This might be a simple suggestion, but when capturing footage through a third-party app, can you open the viewfinder and check to make sure the mute button isnāt pre-selected?

Galaxy S23Could you try holding down the camera icon, pressing the settings icon to go to the app info, clearing the cache, and then trying it again?

Galaxy S23Not those settings. From the home screen, where you see the camera icon, hold down on it until a submenu appears with shortcuts. Youāll see a little āiā in the corner. Tap it, scroll down to "Storage," and press it. Youāll then have the option to either clear data or clear the cache. Select "Clear Cache."
