People can't leave a voicemail on my s23 ultra for at least a month and I just realized this. Contacted tech and reset my password. I wasn't having issues accessing my voicemail with my old password. Instead they repeatedly tried to sell me some home device protection plan and callers still can't leave a voicemail. Carrier is Verizon AND they have HORRIBLE customer service. HELP. PLEASE!!!!
Sorry to say this but you need to contact Verizon since Voicemail is provided by them
