Will a Samsung t7 SSD work with my Samsung s23 ultra by getting storage off?

I refuse to buy Google One storage anymore I don't trust them and it's a rip off I just want to make sure that the ssd will work with my s23 ultra. I've read mixed reviews. If not an SSD how about an external hard drive? Thx

A usb c external drive should work perfectly fine just plug it into your phone, you could even get a usb c memory stick which would work.

How much data are you trying to store?

I'm trying to store all of my Google photos onto the drive. But having a Samsung s23 ultra is making it harder because I think it uses OneDrive or whatever their cloud storage is.

T7 SSD will work, I just bought 2 TB T7 last week and I backed up all my data on it. It come with USB C to C cable so you won't have issues

If you're more technologically inclined you could also build a NAS.

Definitely not the technologically inclined type lol. I have a hard enough time trying to use a thumb drive let alone building an NAS
