hi. i have a base model s22 from t mobile that i got new in 2022 and it randomly shut off and was stuck on the t mobile screen for almost 40 seconds and shut off. i just want to know what the potential causes for this would be? my phone doesn't have any problems atm and isn't physically damaged. thanks!
