24 ultra not detecting tv for mirror

My phone won't detect my onn roku tv for me to mirror my phone to it. It sees some neighbors tv and I thought my tv was the problem until I grabbed my old iphone to try and the iphone seen my tv immediately and was able to connect

@Marcusjudeg Roku's have separate settings for AirPlay and Smart View. 

On your Roku TV make sure that Screen mirroring is on. 

Then on your S24, swipe down and click on Smart View.

Yea it is on, I've done it fir years, this is the 1st time it won't work and the only change is the new phone
