When did it come through on spectrum mobile? I have spectrum and still don't see an update.

As for the photos, did you have them backed up?

Interesting, what region are you in?

Most photo recovery apps for phones are **bleep**, but I have had some luck with disk digger or the easeus mobile app. I have had it recover some photos that were still cashed somewhere in my phone. Not sure if it will work for this case but might be worth a shot!
