Sorry but you will have to wait for the full public release since the beta was released back in December itās full now. The official release is scheduled to start next month

Are you asking about the beta program itself or how to upload a picture to the app? If it's uploading a picture to the app, while you are in your text window there's a little "+" to the left of the window, and you would tap that to add one or more images. If you are visiting the site on a computer, you would tap the camera icon on the tool bar on the top of the text window.
