Adding Webpage to Home Page

Anyone else's One UI keep crashing when trying to add a website to the home page? I even restarted my phone to try to fix it but it still won't work.

Try Clearing Cache:
⁃ Settings ≻
⁃ Apps ≻
⁃ One UI Home ≻
⁃ Storage ≻
⁃ Clear Cache .

And/Or

Wiping Cache Partition:

Neither one of those worked. I even did another restart afterward.

Oh the browser worked but the clearing the cache part didn't.
