I came from other androids where you press the toggle the animation is quick and no matter how many times you press it doesn't lag or shutter. But S24 ultra being premium phone feels unpolished and cheap. Even in settings when you open Security and Privacy section it opens after a 1 second delay this happens only for the first time.
I know the airplane mode quick tile will semi light up then fully light up after it has disabled data,wifi,bluetooth.just normal to samsung i guess for the lag in ur settings menu it coild be a lot of different reasons. But performance and capabilities are no slouch in the newer s models you could have performance of your cpu turned down animations could be interfering with screen changes just a thought hope you find you issue
