I have an S24 Ultra that I got in may last year that I have only used with a wireless charging dock on my bedside table. The other day I needed to charge it quickly and tried using a USB C cable in an Anker 60w charger.
The phone would only charge if held at a specific angle. Tried with a few different anker cables and they were all the same.
Any advice if I'm out of luck here as it looks like the port is DOA but I've only just noticed?
If you have a small USB port cleaning brush, I would suggest cleaning it out. If you don't, you can take it toothpick, smash the end of it down with a spoon to flatten it out and then you can use that to get all of the debris out of your USB port. I'm not 100% positive but I am very certain that this will solve your problem.
