Galaxy S24The 2023 Lincoln Aviator I have is SYNC3, wired only.
I had virtually no issues with my S22+. Since upgrading to an S24+ a couple months ago I get random drop outs requiring me to unplug/plug the USB cable to reestablish the Android auto connection. I also get random "music freezes". There are other issues as well but I'd be happy to fix these first.
I've read a lot of people having similar issues, especially when the S24+ first came out. I've completely removed and re-paired the phone multiple times and reset the SYNC3 in the Lincoln. I've also used multiple high end cables (A to C and C to C).
I've asked the dealer about updates but they say there are none. My phone is also always up to date.
I primarily use Amazon Music Unlimited and Plexamp to deliver music.
As far as I can tell all settings for Android Auto and my music apps allow them to function regardless of the state of the phone. When I use my phone to stream via bluetooth for home audio I have zero issues.
Again, SYNC3 is wired Android Auto only.
