After the latest OS update my apps have been acting weird. Some slow to open, others open but with out everything there. Some one close when backed out and if I'm looking at a video from a security camera there is no video but there is sound. What's going on with that? All my apps are up to date. What's the fix?
Could it be your connection like if you were to switch to wifi versus data, do you still have those issues? You can try clearing the specific app data and cache maybe that might help. I haven't noticed anything strange, but what app are you referring to?
Power off device, while the phone is off, press the power button and the Volume up button simultaneously. When you feel the phone vibration, let go of buttons. Using the power button for OK and the volume buttons for navigation, scroll down to wipe cache partition, press power button for OK, scroll to yes, press power button for OK. Reboot now, press power button.
You should do this once a week to keep your phone in good working order.
