Autofill

Passwords are being filled correctly but autofilling with name or address is non existent. Any ideas? I've tried literally everything you can imagine, other than resetting the phone

Most sites require you fill those in manually

Not true, on my tablet these same forms are filled out correctly

Lucky you, I have always had an issue with it autofilling so I had to fill it out manually

I'm not sure if you are using Google or Samsung Pass for the autofill. Check to be sure that you set it up once you enable your preferred app. You will also need to enable autofill in your browser of choice. You should have a password (alphanumeric PIN) and / or biometric set up for better security of the authentication framework.
