Experiencing multiple problems with BRAND NEW S24 Ultra

as title says, I just got this phone today and it's basically unusable. apps are crashing, the keyboard is lagging and going black. every time I type somethingout or try to do something the screen like disappears. I've restarted the phone and turned it off and on again... I don't know what else to do.

Try a factory reset and see how it behaves before installing any external software.

That didn't work. Not even through setting it up and it's messing up.

Close this thread and select Support on the lower right and run the diagnostics for the phone. You can then also create an error report describing your problem and the results of the diagnostics. You should then receive a response from Samsung tech support about your phone problem.
