Battery Icon & Percentage Completely Disappeared

Updated phone yesterday and now my battery Percentage icon is missing despite the "show battery Percentage" toggle being set to enabled ??

Think many find it needs to be bigger

This was one of the complaints on the Beta was the size of the pill shaped icon and they did make it 10% bigger in the 2nd or 3rd Beta. There were a few us that reported hating the shape of it and they did take note and passed it on to the developers but never gave us an option to change it. I much preferred the old version of the icon that looked like a battery and not a pill.

I agree. I also miss the green fully charged battery :battery: when the phone is charged, which is now gone!

Been on stable UI7 since the 10, bit today my pill is gone and the option to show percentage is toggle on, tried restarting phone it popped up but went away real quick.

Try this:

Wipe Cache Partition.
Turn off phone.
While powered down, press power key and volume up button simultaneously until the phone vibrates. Let go of buttons. You will now be in the bootloader. Using Volume buttons for scrolling, power button for Yes.
Scroll down to Wipe Cache Partition. Press power, scroll to Yes, press power. Reboot press power key.

Thos doesn't explain anything, I used oneui 7 beta for months and now that I updated to the stable version, the battery pill is gone. That's not a feature.
