Bixby not working on s24

Just transfer my s23 to s24 and bixby doesn't work at all. Worked fine on s23. 

I've tried to reset the phone, I have cleared the cache for bixby but nothing works.

Just my thought have you tried to see if it shows up on the side button or checked settings than advanced for the side button settings should show there could also try opening Bixby app program

It crashes opens and crashes when I use the side button.

Just a guess but could be software issue or corrupted file which shouldn't be if new phone check the basics I guess make sure your on android 14 and ui 6.1 next I would run the diagnostic I'm settings goto device care and towards bottom the diagnostic test run them all only other thing that I can think of is check the galaxy store for Bixby updates
