Can someone tell me what does the orange circles on my phone icon mean?

That looks like a feature in the dual message settings but I don't see a option for Phone

see if you have a option for phone

Thats what the icon looks like same rings in the bottom corner so Im trying to figure out why its not showing up but still searching Im finding mixed messages some say its missed calls and some is saying its call forwarding so im looking everywhere

Im asking everyone i know have you downloaded any other phone apps on your phone

Some are also saying the rings mean you have missed calls

I have no calls being forwarded

When you go into settings

do you see 2 phone apps 

1 normal and 1 with the rings
