No, only under permission manager, nearby devices, then show system

Press the icon and hold it, it should bring up a pop-up, on the bottom it should tell you what it is, if it's actually a function of the app 🙏

No, that icon is only in nearby devices/ all permissions. The bubble doesn't pop up there

Looks like a missed call alert but not sure what it is if not that check recent call for a missed call

Im still trying to figure it out since I have 5 apps with those rings looking in settings i have Android switch, android system webview, Chrome, Google play services, Meta app manager, Settings, all have those rings for some reason Im thinking its part of the App called "Seprate App"
