I'm trying to assign a custom ringtone for a contact on my new S24+. I know the ringtone works because I've tested it as default. However, when I assign it to an individual, my default ringtone overrides it. Same for ANY ringtone I assign to an individual contact. I've cleared cache, reset app defaults, and still no luck. Any suggestions?

Have you been able to set them on the 524 in the past, and this issue is just a recent occurrence? Or have they never worked? You may want to try deleting a contact entirely and manually reentering it, then select the option to set the custom ringtone again.
