My phone starting freezing, then began restarting and then it shut down all together for several hours. I could not get it to turn back on. I took it to my carrier where they did a factory reset and now it restarts about every 5 to 10 mins. Has anyone experienced this? I haven't had the phone that long.Im frustrated.
