I have been controlled by a administrative account that is not legal to be controlling my account. I have been blocked by them rerouted by them and they have even changed our passwords and they have activated 2 step authentication for my wife and I. They have set up a fake business account controlling our internet for 5 years. I don't develop and I am not a student so I shouldn't have an administrative account controlling anything. Please if anyone is having the same issue please let us know how you figured out how to stop this person from controlling our life. It's frighting to say the least. Even following us to a new place where we have completely different services. This is a personal attack on me and my wife. Almost like it is a stalker with a sick fixation on my family. This has been a scary problem as they are even pushing for suicide and they have been bragging about it for the past 5 years yet I have been able to find nobody that can help us out. This truly has been a frighting situation for us. My children are everything to me as they don't understand what adults do and they shouldn't have a knowledge of this type of controlling action in their life. They can't even ask us for help with anything online because they have complete control of it all. I hope nobody has to go through this type of harassment but it's really tired of being blocked constantly and treated like a child. I'm just a Veteran who has disability insurance and I can't understand what they have done or how they must have changed stuff i don't understand.
Just my thoughts if this person has administrative rights they are able to make any changes if you also have administrative rights you should in my opinion not saying it's correct but in your Samsung account or with carrier you should be able to get them removed
It was so bad I did not wanted buy Samsung products I thought well try again n bought Samsung tablets still same keyword bought ...lol and it what more I got to do verify. Maybe last Samsung I ever buy
Wow!! Same exact problems on my current samsung devices. Started when i had Apple phones. Hace reported to FEDERAL COMMISSION as prr told. Reported to police. Samsung and Apple. I have received no relief except for the fact that ATT admitted to the security breach. I've been telling them about this **bleep** since 2016. Can't connect to any electronics without being hacked. Anyone listening than can help us?
