I sent my S24 Ultra in to get an estimate on repair. They sent me a $300 quote and the crack wasn't affecting the performance of the phone so I told them I would just like the phone back. When 8 received the phone from UPS the phone is now cracked along the whole top left of the phone and it looks like the glass is broken down the right side. I have pics of before I sent it and when I received it in that condition. I have spoken with Samsung multiple times to no avail. They opened a claim with UPS who denied the claim because they said the packaging that Samsung sent the phone to me in was inadequate. I have. Called Samsung and was told by an agent that since I have exhausted all efforts she created a ticket and if I send it in it would be repaired at no cost to me. Last week I received an email saying I need to pay $300 for to have it repaired. Not sure where to go from here. Anyone else with a similar experience? And help would be appreciated. Thank you.
