Individually setting notifications for one side (left/right)?

Since i've gotten this new phone I have yet to put it down but i've noticed a few issues I came across Such as the notification alerts. I can't individually set notifications on my apps like I have on my s22 ultra and the voice to text is always on the left side when I use my right thumb. Does anybody knows a way to switch it from one side to the other. Please let me know

For individual notification alerts... make sure to:

Settings >
Notifications >
Advanced Settings >
Turn "Manage Notification Categories for Each App" On
