Instant Video Slo-mo not working

I have an S24 ultra. When I play a video in the gallery and try to apply instant slow-mo, it doesn't work at all. Can anyone help?

yeah videos already recorded on HDR10+ will not show instant slow mo better to turn that off  if you're planning to use instant slow mo.

Yep I had to turn off HRD mode in camera assistant

yes HDR10+ is the problem for instant slow-mo
