I bought the Samsung S24 Ultra and I've been only using Samsung mail on my previous Samsung phones for the last 10 years, but wanted to know if people prefer Outlook on their phone? If yes, why?

I have a Fold 6 and I can't make up my mind...lol... I hate Samsung Email because it hasn't been refreshed in YEARS and looks so dated, but it functions relatively well. I like Outlook because it i feel like I get timely notifications and they actually did split-view right, unlike Google. I like Gmail because I love the fact that it supports dynamic colors. But again, Google themselves failed at split-view and locked it to only display in landscape. I wish I could take all the best parts and mash them together, and create the ultimate Email app.

I do not like Gmail and I noticed that Outlook has ads, so wasn't that interested in using again. I have a fold 3 as my business phone and use outlook on that phone, but really dislike the Outlook ads... so cheesy, so didn't really want to use for my personal S24U

One of my biggest gripes with Gmail outside of split-view is that there's no Mark as Read button in the notifications. You can put a Snooze and Delete in the settings but not Mark as Read. That doesn't make good sense to me. I feel like notifications are coming in on time, and there are **bleep**g ads now in folders outside of the inbox.... whyyyy?!

I use Bluemail. It's simple, efficient and never gives me any problems. It has no ads. I can't speak to split view because I dont use it.
