Galaxy S24My S22 charged on my Dell HD22Q dock with a phone case. My S24 will not charge with the cases I have tried. Any suggestions on what phone case might work?
Edit: The S24 will charge wirelessly without a case on the Dock. It will not charge with the case sold for the S24. I've tried the "BLUE Element" case and the "CaseCo" wallet case without success. I wonder if there is a case that is not considered "MagSafe" as that may be the issue, but not sure.
I tried charging horizontally, etc with the case on, but did not charge.

Galaxy S24One that lets the entire USB cord connect to the USB port. Unless you mean wireless charging, in which case anything that is thin and has no magnets should work unless it also has wireless blocking built in.
I have a case from Samsung for my S22 u that actually prevents the charging cord (non Samsung) from fully seating in, so it feels plugged in but is not.

Galaxy S24I have the Samsung OEM wireless charger (not home now, so can't check & confirm the model - but its physical design is similar to your HD22Q). Some older phones I had before the S22U/S24U that could be charged wirelessly I had to sit sideways (in landscape position), others had to be placed upside down to align with the charger's coils.
I also have an Anker 15W wireless charger at home that sits flat. I do know with that one particularly, how I place my S24U on it differs slightly from how I used to place my S22U on it.
