Is there a way to have video recording voice activated while on a dash mount?

I don't use either of these, but it seems to me that you can use Bixby or Google Assistant to tell your camera to open and record.

I would like to not touch my phone on the dash mount while driving, but be able to record **bleep** drivers ahead of me at a moments notice

You wouldn't have to touch your phone at all, you can wake Bixby or Google Assistant by voice.  "Hey, Google" or whatever Bixby's wake word is.  You have to enable either or both on your phone in order for either of them to respond, though.  Just because they reside on your phone doesn't make them active.

And, if you have Android Auto and have the phone connected to it, I believe Google Assistant is automatically active, but since I refuse to ever say, "Hey Google", I haven't used it.  I also have never had reason to.
