Loss access to Google account and now locked out of my S24 Ultra

I am locked out of my Galaxy S24 Ultra. Something about needing to sign in to a Google account that has been signed in to on this phone after factory data reset. I have lost access to that Google account. I think my Samsund account may have been compromised as well. Any suggestions?

When you say you don't have access to your account, do you mean you forgot the password to the account? Or you don't remember the account details? If you just forgot the password you can possibly gain access to it again by logging into your account from another device and resetting your password, then log into your account on that device with your new password and you should be able to get back in that way.
If you forgot the account details, I'm not sure you will be able to get back in.

It's standard to have to lig into both a Google and samsung account in the phone if you don't remember the password or the email that's on you

I have all passwords written down. I set the phone up at the Verizon Store. I simply changed the lock screen to a pattern, which I also wrote down. Next morning I was locked out.

If you have all that written down you shouldn't be locked out

I agree but i continue to get messages that my lockscreen is pattern is wrong znd my password for my google account is wrong. I believe both are true by this time.
