Lost full rich sound with last update two days ago.

The newest update removes the two lowest bass control and no longer has the options of classic, rock, jazz, etc. Can this be undone or is there a patch?

Nope. I have the same issue. 6.1.1 degraded the audio quality. Phone speakers are no longer full and rich, but rather tinny and distorted and worse than fm radio. I'm willing to bet they'll just disable eq on phone speakers in oneui 7.

Also, please report this issue to samsung here on members app. If enough people complain, they'll actually fix it. Maybe.

I got with tech support with no resolve. Next step, I'm unlocking it and removing everything and flashing a custom ROM
